For a customer from automotive industry, we are looking for support through one:

INTERIM MAINTENANCE MANAGERS(M/F/D)

The field of activity include:

Leading a team of maintenance technicians and engineers to achieve
maintenance targets and optimize plant operations.
Act reactive and preventive in maintenance activities on site shop floor
Coordinate and manage all maintenance activities at the plant to improve
production efficiency (OEE)
Plan and implement an efficient maintenance schedule that supports
production requirements and ensures smooth operations.
Carry out regular inspections and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and
buildings to ensure their reliability and performance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all
maintenance work to ensure the health and safety of employees
and safeguard product quality

You have the following knowledge and experience:

Extensive experience in industrial maintenance for min. 5-8 years
In-depth knowledge of maintenance management systems and tools
Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems and knowledge
of production plant maintenance
Experience in leading and developing maintenance teams, including
coaching and performance evaluation
Understanding of lean principles and experience in implementing
continuous improvement processes in the maintenance department.


Language Skills:

English – fluent (spoken and written)
German – fluent (spoken and written) – Nice to have
Spanish – fluent (spoken and written) – Nice to have
